Signed by cosmonaut Alexei Leonov. The first human to conduct an EVA when he completed a 12 minute spacewalk during the Voskhod 2 mission. Leonov commanded the Soviet part of the Apollo-Soyuz/Soyuz 19 mission, the first joint U.S.-Soviet flight.
