Stanley Baldwin signed 1923 letter

Stanley Baldwin signed handwritten letter dated 31st August 1923 on 10 Downing Street headed paper, 'I accept with pleasure the offer of a box for Sunday evening...it will be a delight to hear your opera...your name was a household word at Cambridge'.

Baldwin was Conservative Prime Minister on three occasions and the only one to have served under three monarchs.
