D-Day: Unsung Heroes first day cover featuring the single £2.00 stamp which focuses on the D-Day Weather observers. Autographed by Peter Stagg, the son of James Stagg who is the focus of the design. Peter is also known for being an international rugby player for Scotland. Stagg was capped twenty-eight times as a lock for Scotland between 1965-1970 and was selected for the 1968 British Lions tour to South Africa and played in three of the four internationals.
