1936 Queen Mary. Sent by registered post this cover was carried on the maiden voyage of R.M.S Queen Mary. The stamps were tied by a single ring circular date stamp of Upper Street, St Mary's Road, Smethwick, Staffs, 26th May 1936.

On the reverse are New York receiving marks for 1st June together with a double ring purple date stamp of Varick Street Station for 2nd June 1936.
