People have been finding dinosaur fossils for hundreds, probably even thousands of years. The Greeks and Romans may have found fossils, giving rise to their many ogre and griffin legends. There are references to 'dragon' bones, most probably dinosaur fossils, found in Wucheng, Sichuan, Chyina over 2,000 years ago. Our lovely cover features the full set of 10 Dinosaur stamps along wih a Maidstone, Kent postmark and is available signed by Sir John Hurt CBE - narrator of BBC's Planet Dinosaur.
