Dave Scott, Al Worden, and Jim Irwin signed Apollo 15 cover with a launch day Kennedy Space Center postmark

Jim Irwin (Apollo 15) was the Lunar Module Pilot and helped discover the Genesis Rock, one of the oldest Moon samples recovered, dated at 4 billion years old.

Al Worden (Apollo 15) served as Command Module Pilot, and during his solo orbit he was 2,235 miles away from the nearest human being; still a Guinness World Record.

Dave Scott (Gemini 8, Apollo 9, and Apollo 15) was the commander of Apollo 15, during which the crew were involved in the ‘Sieger cover’ scandal after they carried 398 covers onto the lunar surface without NASAs approval.
