Michael Schumacher is a retired German racing driver and widely recognised as the greatest F1 driver in history. Schumacher is a seven-time Formula One World Champion winning two titles with Benetton in 1994 and 1995 and five consecutive titles with Ferrari between 2000 and 2004. He still holds many F1 records including most championships, race victories, races won in a single season, consecutive podium finishes, and the only driver to have finished in the top three in every race of a season. Schumacher retired in 2006 but returned to in 2010 with Mercedes team before retiring permanently after the 2012 season.
