Yondu is a member of the alien species known as the Centaurians and possesses exceptional archery skills. He is often depicted as a skilled warrior with a rough exterior but a sense of honour and loyalty. Yondu is known for his iconic weapon, the Yaka Arrow, which he controls through a whistle.
