John Cochrane, Tony Benn & Alan Heywood signed 1969 Concorde Thames cover with a London FDI.
John Cochrane was a Concorde test pilot who stayed with the project through to its first commercial flights in 1976. On 9th April 1969 he flew as co-pilot on the maiden flight of Concorde 002 with Brian Trubshaw as chief pilot.
Alan Heywood was a Concorde flight engineer.
Tony Benn was a key supporter of Concorde who served as Minister of Technology which had responsibility for the projects development.
