Royal Marines Uniforms first day cover which includes the full miniature sheet & Portsmouth postmark 29.09.22. Produced in association with HMS Victory and National Museum of the Royal Navy. Includes the HMS Victory logo in gold foil blocking and portrait of Admiral Nelson. Autographed by Lieutenant Commander Brian Smith, was appointed the 101st Commanding Officer of HMS Victory in May 2015, the oldest commissioned warship in the world and flagship of the First Sea Lord.
