Edgar Mitchell signed 1979 NASA Space Programme cover with 17th January Houston postmark. 

Mitchell piloted the lunar module during Apollo 14 and became the sixth man to walk on the moon. During his NASA career he logged over 216 hours in space and was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1970.
