Charles Grey, 2^nd Earl Grey signed envelope front addressed to Viscount Melbourne (politician & former Prime Minister). Clear signature but does have some aging toning.

Earl Grey was Prime Minister from 1830 to 1834 as a member of the Whig Party. He was a major supporter of the Reform Act 1832 which increased the amount of people eligible to vote by 60%. His government oversaw the abolition of slavery in the British Empire.
