D-Day 75^th anniversary miniature sheet cover featuring the Mulberry Harbour in Arromanches, Normandy. Southsea, Portsmouth postmark (6^th June 2019). Signed by veteran Reg Charles, who in July 1944 landed at Arromanches, Normandy, and joined the 1^st Battalion Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry which was in action near Caen.
