Christopher Orlebar joined BOAC to navigate 707's and fly VC10's. In 1976 at Filton he qualified as a Concorde first officer before assisting in the instruction of further crews converting onto Concorde.  He was commissioned by British Airways to write The Concorde Story.  

Richard Pike joined the first ever A320 course at Airbus Industry in Toulouse.  In May 1993 he joined the Concorde Fleet and was First Officer.
