No, nothing at all! Information about what's coming up will be in Cover Lover, on the back of your invoices and will be emailed once a month (if you have an email address registered with us). You only need to contact us about your reservations if you want to make any changes or cancellations and if anything arrives that you don't want, send it back! You can cancel your club membership at any time with just a telephone call, although we hope you won't want to!
Can I really pick and choose between all the options for each issue?
Yes! Being a member of one of our clubs doesn't restrict you at all. It just guarantees that your most likely choice of first day cover is pre-reserved so you don't miss out. As a Buckingham Club member, you get priority over ALL Buckingham covers and sheets.
How do I cancel a cover if I don't want it?
Just give us a call, email us or return your form before the issue date to change or cancel your reservations.
How do I return a cover I don't want to keep?
Return it to us in the same condition within 30 days of the invoice date. We will usually credit your account so that the money can be used towards your next order, but if you would prefer a credit/debit card refund, just let us know.
How do I cancel my club membership?
We hope you won't want to do this! However, if you do, just contact us by post, email or telephone and we will cancel your membership straight away. You can also cancel your membership by going to the my clubs section of the website.
