Bill Strutton signed WWII Prisoner of War mail written to his relative Cecil Strutton in South Australia. Bill Strutton was a novelist and screenwriter for The Saint and Doctor Who during the 1960s. He passed away on 23rd November 2003, the 40th anniversary of the transmission of the first Doctor Who episode.
