Dambusters 65th & RAF Unifroms Double, signed Les Munro

Dambusters 65th anniversary with the full set of six RAF Uniform stamps and Gibson Road, Birmingham postmark (18th September 2008). Doubled with a Union Flag stamp and 617 Squadron, Scampton postmark (16th May 2008). 

Signed by Squadron Leader Les Munro. 

Les Munro was the pilot of bomber AJ-W which was scheduled to attack the Scorpe Dam. However, they were forced to turn back after his aircraft lost all communications after being damaged by flak over the Netherlands.
