1966 World Cup, FIFA Conventions Monaco double

1964 Pair of covers each with a Monaco FIFA stamp and FDI. One doubled on 19th July 1965 with an Edinburgh CDS, the other with a 28th January 1965 Glasgow CDS and signed by Stanley Rous. 

These were the days of the FIFA Conventions which discussed rule changes for the upcoming 1966 World Cup including offside and the amount of substitutions allowed. These covers were produced by renowned football philatelist Ron Antinoris.
