1911 Coronation, London slogan, Junior Society cover

22nd June 1911 Coronation Day with a London slogan on Junior Philatelic Society envelope. These usually turn up with handwritten addresses but this one has a typed address to Lancashire. In good overall condition with a couple of mount marks on reverse.

This remains an iconic cover because it was the first illustrated British first day cover. They only exist with the 1/2d Green stamp, rather than both values. £350 catalogue value.
