What gets reserved?

Platinum Signed Club members have the following items automatically pre-reserved for them: -

EVERY* signed edition of first day cover we produce including prestige booklet and definitive covers...

...although if you'd like to streamline what is automatically pre-reserved for you, it isn't a problem. We want you to get exactly what YOU want! See our add-on page for more details.

* Occasionally we are unable to get enough of a particularly rare signed cover to be able to send one to EVERY Platinum Signed Club member. If this happens, Platinum Signed Club members will get first refusal.

How much can I expect to pay?

As little or as much as you like! Signed covers do vary in price depending on who has signed and how many they have signed for us, but they are usually priced between £24.95 and £39.95 each. Postage, packing and insurance is £1.95 per sending (or £2.95 if the value of the goods included exceeds £100) and we try to send as many covers together as possible to save you money.

* Occasionally, we have so few of some covers that not even all Club Members can have one and they are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. However, when numbers are tight, a Club Member order takes priority over a non-club member order. This is because our Club Members are very important to us.

So I am not committed to anything?

No, nothing at all! Information about what's coming up will be in Cover Lover, on the back of your invoices and will be emailed once a month (if you have an email address registered with us). You only need to contact us about your reservations if you want to make any changes or cancellations and if anything arrives that you don't want, send it back! You can cancel your club membership at any time with just a telephone call, although we hope you won't want to!

Can I really pick and choose between all the options for each issue?

Yes! Being a member of one of our clubs doesn't restrict you at all. It just guarantees that your most likely choice of cover is pre-reserved so you don't miss out. As a Buckingham Club member, you get priority over ALL Buckingham covers and sheets.

How do I cancel a cover if I don't want it?

Just give us a call, email us or return your form before the issue date to change or cancel your reservations.

How do I return a cover I don't want to keep?

Return it to us in the same condition within 30 days of the invoice date. We will usually credit your account so that the money can be used towards your next order, but if you would prefer a credit/debit card refund, just let us know.

How do I cancel my club membership?

We hope you won't want to do this! However, if you do, just contact us by post, email or telephone and we will cancel your membership straight away.
